Hong Kong has lovely Revlon glitter polishes which I don't find here and this is another one, Revlon Girly, that I picked up on my recent trip. It is aptly named as it really does look sweet and girly ;)
I used 1 coat of Essence Enchanted Fairy underneath as I wasn't sure how opaque it was gonna be but I think 3 coats should be sufficient if you are using it alone. Above is 2 coats.

I thought it might be similar to OPI Polka.com but the glitters are quite different as you can see below
