Base is OPI Give me the Moon! and I added chervon tips with Eternal Basic mini-m18 (Japanese brand) before drawing on pink flowers with acrylic paint. OPI Give me the Moon! is a very light grey sheer with blue shimmer, while the Eternal Basic polish is a pretty blue polish with flakes that flash pink (which you can see in the bottle).
